As a real estate paralegal and realtor for over 15 years Pam has personally conducted over 2000 closings for a premier real estate developer for projects in Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam, and Orange Counties. She has an extensive network of real estate professionals that she works with; and her legal experience has equipped her to work with distressed homeowners facing short sales or foreclosures. As a lifelong resident of Westchester County, Pam is well versed with all of Westchester’s cities, towns, villages, and hamlets; and knows what makes each of them unique.

Pam has a Master’s Degree in Education and holds a New York State teaching certification for grades K-6 and Special Education. She taught for several years at one of the local elementary schools before pursuing a career in real estate. She is also a homeowner and a landlord herself, and can help any client looking for their first [or tenth] rental property.
